1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging FOOD BY FRANCHI LTD for catering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Catering Services

All catering bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. Final guest numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event date.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 14 days may forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to full payment.

4. Liability

While we take every precaution regarding food safety and allergen management, clients must inform us of all dietary requirements and allergies at the time of booking. Our liability is limited to the value of the catering contract.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of FOOD BY FRANCHI LTD and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
